As the owner of three design shops in Tallinn, I have been surrounded by design and jewelry for years. I always knew that one day, when the time felt right, I would create something of my own. But as a typical Estonian, that feeling took its time.

Over the years, my notebooks filled with sketches and ideas, waiting for the right moment to take shape. After high school, I considered studying architecture, but I lacked the boldness to pursue it. Unlike most, I was never drawn to iconic landmarks like the Louvre, Colosseum, or Big Ben. Instead, I found beauty in unexpected places—libraries, art museums, hotels, and massive concrete parking structures.

I love concrete, clean lines, minimalism, and anything that carries a raw, unpolished edge.

This passion for structure, simplicity, and contrast became the foundation of Duality – a brand born from years of quiet observation and a love for design in its simplest form.
